Amber D. Baker is a seasoned leader with nearly two decades of experience helping business grow with resilience while navigating complex regulatory environments in the investment management industry. Known for her ability to build and manage robust programs, Amber has played a pivotal role in scaling organizations, including as Deputy CEO and General Counsel at Mirova US, where she led a twentyfold increase in assets under management. Now she leverages her expertise in strategic planning, executive management, and regulatory compliance to drive operational excellence.

With a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia Union College magna cum laude, Amber’s career includes senior roles at Ostrum Asset Management, Citi, and Natixis Asset Management, as well as law firm experience at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, LLP and K&L Gates. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amber is dedicated to social impact, serving as a Board Member for HEAL Trafficking, a nonprofit focused on ending human trafficking.

Bradley McMillin is a dynamic financial leader with over 20 years of experience in investment management, consulting, and technology implementation. As CFO at Mirova US, he spearheaded a financial overhaul that drove revenue growth and led the successful integration of a $35M international solar company. With expertise in strategic finance, M&A, and financial management, Bradley has worked with top firms like Natixis and Boston Private, consistently delivering transformative results. He also led the implementation of SAP Hana systems to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

A U.S. Navy veteran and a CPA with an MBA from Boston University, Bradley combines leadership, discipline, and technical expertise to tackle complex financial challenges. Passionate about innovation, he stays ahead of industry trends through certifications in Fintech and AI from Wharton and mentors emerging professionals.

Kristina Patyjewicz is a well-known compliance leader and former Chief Compliance Officer with nearly 20 years of experience guiding financial institutions through complex regulatory challenges. As Chief Compliance Officer and Director, she builds and implements robust compliance programs for both young, evolving, and well-established companies. She holds an IACCP certification and a Master of Public Administration. Kristina has a history of effectively building compliance programs at Mirova US, PSG Equity, L.L.C., The Baupost Group, LLC, and Arrowstreet Capital LP.  Now, as co-founder of Trilogic Partners, she brings her expertise to a broader range of clients. 

A McGill University graduate, Kristina combines analytical skill with hands-on expertise to address both current and emerging regulatory needs. She leads teams, identifies risks, and drives compliance initiatives that strengthen organizational performance. She also served on the Town Finance Committee for Westwood, MA, demonstrating her commitment to community service.
